Hi Don, I do lots of online shopping and I have to say that your customer service is the best I have ever experienced. FedEx apparently lost my shipment and I got no satisfactory explanation or service from them at all. When I contacted luggagetogo.com to inform you that I had not received my rolling tote case, you replied very promptly, re-ordered the case for me, and had it shipped 2nd day air to me. I received it as promised, just in time for my trip to Scotland and Ireland. The case is perfect by the way. Thanks again for your superior customer service and your personal attention. This has got to be the first time I've dealt with an online merchant where the merchandise was not only delivered the day you said it would, but early in the day too - that's got to be a first!
