The Delsey Helium ZIP Series is the latest polycarbonate ABS blend which makes it lightweight, durable, and scratch resistant. Inside there are tie down straps on one side and a mesh divider in the lid. The wheels are tried and true performers and the pull up handle releases with the touch of a button. Also included are TSA accepted combination locks and a removable ID tag.
