We do not ship outside of the United States
No Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged on any orders. We pay the California sales tax so you can buy locally at Internet prices.
Shipping
Most of our valued suppliers are able to ship our orders within 24-36 hours. We ship all Ground orders via UPS or FedEx, and do so FREE for orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for only $4.95. If you want to expedite your order, with UPS 2-Day Air or 3 Day Select, tell us in the comments section and we will try to accommodate you. The extra charge will be added to your bill. Carry-on's and totes are not too expensive. This does not work well with large inexpensive luggage. 2-Day shipping on a 24” case is at least $60.00 depending on the destination. Three day select would be about $30.00 for the same item. We can not take responsibility for delayed items due to UPS delivery errors, but we will gladly assist you in tracking your package.
Returns
In an effort to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one, we try to remain as flexible as possible when it comes to our return policies.
You may return, for a full refund, any unused item that is in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days from the purchase date. Should you need more time, please request additional time when you place your order online. We want to accommodate you and your needs. Closeouts and discontinued items are not returnable.

Typographical or Other Errors
In the event that a product offered through our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product information Luggagetogo.com may have to cancel or refuse the order. If we have goofed Luggagetogo.com will promptly notify you of the situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be immediately refunded. We will do everything we can to work with you to resolve this or any other problem.
