Cali, on the left, is my hearing dog from Canine Companions for Independence in Santa Rosa, CA. We raised Kasha, on the right, to also be a service dog. She is now in advanced training at CCI.www.CCI.org

First I would like to thank you for visiting our web site. Our goal is to give you the best service and lowest prices possible. While our web site is fully secure and automated when you place your order, our order processing is what I call low tech since it is manually done by me. Also, we do not share your information with anyone! I personally place your order as soon as I receive it and I follow its progress until you receive it. Some orders take several emails and phone calls to the supplier besides informing you of its progress. This is the only way that you can be assured that your luggage really is on order. You will be notified if an item is out of stock and when it is expected to be available. Many of our suppliers email me regular updates of their inventory. I go through each item to make sure it is currently available with every update. It takes a lot of time but I guarantee you that this is the most accurate web site for availability anywhere. Unfortunately, some suppliers do not give me updates so you may order an item that is not available but I do everything possible to let you know the complete situation immediately.     No Sales Tax
    Sales tax is not charged on any orders. We pay the California sales tax so you can buy locally at Internet prices.

    Shipping
    Most of our valued suppliers are able to ship our orders within 24-36 hours. We ship all Ground orders via UPS or FedEx, and do so FREE for orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for only $4.95. If you want to expedite your order, with UPS 2-Day Air or 3 Day Select, tell us in the comments section and we will try to accommodate you. The extra charge will be added to your bill. Carry-on's and totes are not too expensive. This does not work well with large inexpensive luggage. 2-Day shipping on a 24” case is at least $60.00 depending on the destination. Three day select would be about $30.00 for the same item. We can not take responsibility for delayed items due to UPS delivery errors, but we will gladly assist you in tracking your package.

    Returns
    In an effort to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one, we try to remain as flexible as possible when it comes to our return policies. You may return, for a full refund, any unused item that is in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days from the purchase date. Should you need more time, please request additional time when you place your order online. We want to accommodate you and your needs. Closeouts and discontinued items are not returnable.
